Our investors provide us with confidential information via (i) subscription agreements and related documents, (ii) correspondence and conversations with our representatives and (iii) transactions with our funds.

We do not disclose any of this personal information to anyone, other than to our affiliates and those parties permitted by law to receive such information in order to service an investment with us. Such parties, include, but are limited to, legal and tax advisers, auditors, administrators and custodians. We will, however, release information if so directed or if compelled to do so by law.

We seek to carefully safeguard private information and, to that end, restrict access to nonpublic information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect nonpublic information.
